I am an Executive Headteacher, passionate about child development and providing a rounded education that will inspire, motivate and ensure children reach their full potential!

I am dyslexic, struggled at school and disengaged with learning by the time I reached Year 7... this is what drives me to be the best leader of education I can.

I see myself as a coach and 'blue sky' thinker, constantly looking for ways to develop aspects of the profession that really matter.

There are two types of leaders, the ones that want to get to the top of the mountain and the ones that want to take as many people with them on the journey... I am defiantly the latter.
